Our Services
Mainstream Primary & Secondary School Staffing
Supply Hive South West specialises in medium & long-term placements, providing both Teachers and Teaching Assistants. We can also support with pre-booked supply cover, providing an excellent opportunity for our educators to showcase the impact they could make on a longer-term basis within your school. We work with educators trained within EYFS, Primary and the full Secondary age range.
SEN Specialist staffing
With 10+ years of experience supporting specialist provisions throughout the South West, we are well-equipped to help specialist settings find expert SEN staff. With an understanding of the complexities that come with finding the right people, we are here to consult and help in effectively selecting the right talent to join your team. We can provide support in finding Teaching Assistants, Teachers, Behaviour Mentors and Tutors across all ages from EYFS to Further Education.
Supply Hive South West work closely with education settings right at the very beginning of children’s educational journey. We can provide EYFS trained staff for Nurseries, whether that be on a permanent basis or someone excellent just to step in at your time of need. This includes Level 2 & 3 trained early years specialists.
Nursery
“Our mission is to improve the education sector in the South West and guarantee fair pay for all temporary workers.”
Supply Hive South West are committed to ensuring teachers are paid to their main pay scale for all medium to long-term work.
Additionally, within 2 years, we will ensure that teachers that work in Cornwall and Devon on a daily basis are paid the minimum amount that a qualified teacher should ever earn; the M1 pay scale.
This will bring teacher pay rates in the South West in line with the rest of the country.
