Following experience working for a large national provider, we have pooled our skills and ideas to create a bespoke agency with more care, time and attention for the things that really matter - quality educators, an outstanding candidate experience with a commitment to fair pay, and an excellent service that represents value to schools.

Our owners, Poppy and Louise, are based locally in Cornwall and pride themselves on having an expert knowledge of South West schools and the leaders and educators that make them tick.

James, the Group Managing Director at Supply Hive is born and bred in the SW too. After 10+ years working across England for a large national education agency, he now dedicates his time to opening and supporting new businesses and small business owners that want to pave their own way outside of the corporate world.

Together our mission is to change the market in the South West and place greater importance on fair pay for Teachers.
